• Manage daily operations in our plant facility.
• Coordinate with PPC and ensure availability of Materials and Drawings
• Ensuring Monthly Production targets are met Carry out Monthly and Daily plan of the Production activities
• Ensure Production cost is within the Planned Production Cost indicated for the Project
• Plan and coordinate manufacturing operations for production, machinery, processing, run optimum day-to-day operations
• Ensure Welding and Painting is of the highest quality of the Material Fabricated
• Ensure that production line schedules are in accordance with facility capabilities and according to monthly plan
• Manage materials replenishment, quality standards, and performance metrics in support of organizational goals and objectives
• Manage cost structures for manufacturing by keeping operational expenses within budget allowance, and investigate cost-reduction measures
• Create documentation protocols and ensure that all records of operations are properly maintained and reviewed
• Control costs to achieve company budget goals
• Remain in compliance with facility ISO standards and all HSE guidelines
• Participate in various activities related to safety, quality, productivity, innovation, information and data security, supply management, marketing, people management, HR and other delivery Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time despatches
• Prepare budgets using various forecasting models

The person should preferably be a Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Structural

minimum of 15-20 years of experience in relevant Structural Steel Business with a well reputed EPC or Steel Manufacturing or Steel Fabrication Industry.

• The person should have excellent Oral & Written Communication Skills and should be able to effectively further the Company’s Goals.
• The person should be smart, dynamic, and self-motivated. He needs to be Team Player and should have an attitude to ensure deliveries are completed to the correct specifications on Time and Cost Proficient with MS Office, MS Project, Primavera Team Building along with Excellent communication skills
