At SISCOL every day at work, I use the latest in design technology for the most complex of engineering projects that pushes my own skills to ever higher levels. Its a privilege to work with a management team that not only empowers us with its knowledge but also listens and factors in the voice of employees in its plans.

The company’s senior leaders epitomise the vision and mission they have set out for all of us. People feel appreciated and recognised for their dedication and hard work.
